Support the lower control arm and remove the lower mounting bolt. Next, remove the upper mounting nut and take out the shock from the vehicle. To install, exchange or replace the upper shock mount and tighten the upper shock nut. Replace the gasket between the shock mount and the body, and install the shock. Tighten the nuts and install the trunk panel. Finally, install the lower shock mounting bolt and lower the vehicle.
