The receiver-drier is installed in the A/C condenser and should be replaced under any of the following circumstances; there is dirt in the AJC system; the compressor has seized or has been replaced; the condenser or the evaporator has been replaced; the AIC system is leaking and no refrigerant is left; if the A/C system has been opened for 24 h or more.
