    Q:
How to remove and install the seat belt on BMW 335i? Posted by Customer
    A:
In the Sports Wagon model with a split rear seat backrest, the center seat belt is integrated with the left backrest. For the Sedan, the rear parcel shelf must be removed. In the Sports Wagon, the C-pillar and D-pillar trim should be taken off, along with the inner rear wheel housing trim and the rear seat backrest upper trim. The rear seat needs to be removed, followed by taking out the seat belt reel mounting bolt and the seat belt anchor bolt at the base of the backrest to lift out the seat belt. Installation is the reverse of removal, ensuring the seat belt anchor is placed correctly on the locating pin, the tab on the seat belt reel engages the body slot, and new self-locking bolts are used.

    Q:
How do you remove the rear side seat belt in the sports wagon 2006 BMW 330i? Posted by Customer
    A:
In sports wagon models, remove the rear seat and the D-pillar trim panel. Remove the trunk interior side panel and the cover over the inertia reel. Loosen and remove the Torx bolt securing the lower end of the belt to the body. The inertia reel is secured by one Torx bolt, which should be loosened and removed. Maneuver the assembly from the mounting bracket and withdraw it from the vehicle.
