The electronically-controlled window motor does not have mechanical end positions.

To remove the rear door window, fully lower the window and remove the door inner trim panel and watershield. Carefully pry up the window inner sealing strip and remove the rubber weatherstrip and plastic window frame trim. Peel back the window sealing strip and remove the mounting bolts to lift the panel from the door. Fully close the window and lower it approximately 4-3/4 inches. Disconnect the battery negative cable and press the window catch outwards to slide the window upwards. Lift the rear first to remove the window from the vehicle.

Detach the window regulator cables from the clips, followed by removing the fastener to feed out the front window regulator rail.
