BMW Z4 Heater Core

The Heater Core in BMW Z4 cars specifically helps to warm up the interior by using heat from the engine. Looking somewhat like a miniature radiator, the Heater Core is cooled with a water and antifreeze solution, and consists of hot coolant from the engine who's task it is to warm the passenger compartment air. The Heater Cores can include temperature regulating devices such as values or doors depending on the type of system present; complex systems employ the use of electromechanical actuators in order to regulate the temperatures. The Heater Core in conditioned Z4 vehicles also plays an additional role of dehumidification since it renews cooled air. Some of the problems often associated with Heater Cores are blockage, rapt leakage, and corrosion and this involves a lot of dismantling of dashboard.
