I received a UPS/USPS/FedEx notice on my door, what is this?
If the customer is not available during the attempted time of delivery, the driver of the delivery service will leave an "InfoNotice." This notice contains important information regarding your package and you should follow the shipping carrier's instructions to complete delivery or claim the package.
Why did the shipping carrier leave a notice at my door?
A notice is left on your door to notify you that a package delivery or pickup was attempted by the shipping carrier. Your USPS/UPS/FedEx door tag contains information to help you complete the delivery.
*If the package requires a signature, refer to boxes checked by your UPS or FedEx driver on the door tag.
*If the driver left your package at an alternate location, your UPS or FedEx door tag will indicate where the package was left (For example: your garage or back porch).
Why does the InfoNotice have a barcode and barcode number?

I was not present during the initial delivery attempt. A notice was left at my location, will another delivery attempt be made by the carrier?
USPS/UPS/FedEx will make up to three delivery attempts. The next delivery attempt should be noted on the UPS InfoNotice.
Note: USPS/UPS/FedEx does not deliver packages on Sunday or holidays. UPS also does not deliver on Saturday.
